We accept returns within  days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Once work has started on a service or project, we cannot offer a full refund. In such cases, if a return is still accepted, it will be subject to a deduction for labor costs and any other expenses incurred up to that point. The deducted amount will be determined based on the extent of work completed.
